Start by collecting DNA to create a microscopic choanoflagellate and work your way through multicellular organisms to ancient animals with a backbone, such as the lancelet-like chordate Pikaia, and the Coelacanth, a living fossil.

Tap and hold the different components of each organism to build them and watch the different bones, organs, muscles and skin appear on the screen. The more complex the life form, the more components you will have to unlock to complete the organism. See how life evolved from rudimentary spines and digestive systems to a complex arrangement of bones, specialized organs, and an intricate nervous system.

You can also upgrade each component to earn DNA faster. If you leave the game and come back later, you will also earn DNA generated over time. Interesting facts about evolution will appear on screen during gameplay, so that you can read more about the creatures you’re piecing together.
