How to play Math Crossword Puzzle - Genius Edition?

In each level you’ll see a crossword puzzle with numbers and blank spaces on the left, and a collection of numbered tiles on the right. The aim is to choose the right numbers to fill in the blank spaces.

To choose a number, tap on one of the tiles on the right hand side. Then tap on the blank space where you think this number belongs. Filling in the numbers will help you solve intersecting sums.

At the end of each level, you can see how well you performed compared to other players.

Tips for solving the puzzles:

• Look for sums with only one number missing. These are easier to solve, because there’s only one correct answer. Filling in these sums often fills in some of the blank spaces of intersecting sums as well, helping you solve those in turn.
• Remember that not all the numbers shown on the right side are needed to solve the puzzle. Some are red herrings, and are just meant to mislead you.
• If you think an answer you’ve filled in isn’t right, just tap the number again to send it back to the right hand side. You won’t get any penalties for doing this, so you can freely move the numbers around to see what works.

You can use several boosters to help you solve the puzzles too:

• Trash can = Remove the false and misleading numbers on the right side. With only the correct numbers left in your number bank, the puzzles are easier to solve. This booster costs 100 gems (or 25 if you watch an ad).
• Lightbulb = Fill in one random blank space. This booster costs 100 gems (or 25 if you watch an ad).
