1. Data of Visitors

- 6.2 The Internet is a global environment and using the Internet necessarily involves the collection and processing of personal data on an international basis. Therefore, by using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data in this way.
- 6.3 SPIL does not intentionally collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 16. We have an internal notification system to communicate with players under the age of 16. Such, underage users will be told not to submit any personal data without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. Email addresses of users under the age of 13 will not be stored and we do not send such users e-mails.
- 6.4 Our Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.
